International Research and Evaluation Consulting is a private development consultant firm, providing a broad spectrum of services in wide range of fields, working toward the realization of national development goals through policy advice, research and training. IREC is founded on the need to enhance the capacity of individuals, international development partners, agencies/missions, corporate entities, non governmental and governments.
It is designed to supplement, partner with and objectively gather and interpret facts and trends in order to help these entities succeed in responding to development challenges and become more effective agents of positive social and economic change.
